Put several sprigs of fresh rosemary on the grill and place the rumpsteak on it
If you have meat at least 2 cm high, you can keep the grill opened.
Prepare the marinade
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper .
Once you turn the rumpsteak, you can start to rub the meat regularly by a sprig of rosemary
When the meat is ready, rub it by marinade again and let it rest.
