Spinach with tomatoes and garlic

Steps

fry finely chopped onion in fat for 7 minutes, then add 4 extruded garlic and fry for 3 minutes

Then add finely chopped spinach and fry for 5 minutes

In the meantime scald the tomatoes, peel them and puree and add it into the pan

Season with salt, thyme and oregano

Add the honey, lemon juice and chopped tempeh

Stir occasionally and boil on medium heat for 10 minutes, than take off the heat and extrude 2 cloves of garlic

Pour over pasta or couscous and serve with freash salad (we had cucamber salad) and sprinkle grated cheese on the top
