Scary witch finger cookies
Prepare the dough: let the butter soften and then put all the ingredients (except whole almonds) in a bowl and work out a smooth, consistent dough

Let it rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 160 °C, easily grease 2 baking sheets with butter – packaging of used butter will do good enough
Roll pieces of dough into finger shapes
Make 2 impressions with your thumb on each finger, to form the knuckles
Then use a knife to make some lines on the knuckles.
Keep in mind that baking will widen the fingers, so rather make them thinner.
Gently push the almond into finger spie to create a dent for the nail
Remove the almond and put in a little of red color jam and put the almond back
The jam will spread around and will create a bloody finger.
Bake about 20 minutes, remove as soon as fingers begin to golden
Leave to cool and serve.
