Prepare a pot with boiling water and put in chicken, vegetable and spice. Boil for 45 minutes until soft. Take out the meat, let it cool and then pull apart

Meanwhile dice your zucchini and hokkaidó, tear up the kale, slice the onion and mix well together with chopped garlic, thyme, oil, salt and pepper
