Make a frame by folding about 1 cm of the edges of the pastry

Crush the biscuits and sprinkle them evenly in middle of the dough (not on folded edges)

5

Use as much biscuits to cover the dough that you can´t see it.

6

Cut the rhubarb in pieces big as the “inner” dough

7

Either soak it in water and wrap in sugar or put straight to the pastry with biscuits and only sprinkle with the sugar.

8

Top with 4 really thin slices of butter

9

Brush the edges with an egg

10

Bake for about 20 minutes – until the lifted edges are golden.

11

Meanwhile whipp the cream to ¾, add the creme fraiche and whipp in

12

This cream definitelly uplifts the dessert.
