Refreshing tofu yogurt

Tofu is well know for substitute of meat. It can be a part of delicious meal.

Steps

Pour 150ml of water (or ice- depends on the power of the blender) and tofu into the blender and puree it until you get liquid similiar to milk

Add honey, vannila and lemon juice and puree it again

At the end add dry or frozen fruit and puree it for the last time

If you used dry fruit you can leave some bits

If you use frozen it should be smooth
