Pumpkin soup with majoram
Steps

Add hot water to the pumpkin (you don´t have to peel the pumpkin), add salt and boil until the pumpkin is soft

You shouldn´t see the bottom of the saucepan when you add the water

If you do add more of the pumpkin

After the pumpkin softens add extruded garlic, oil and majoram

Puree it

When serving you can pour in some cream.
