Plum cake with curd
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees
Brush the baking pan rith butter
Mix half of the butter with vanilla, 2 egg yolks and egg whites and add flour
Pour the dough into the baking pan and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
In the meantime mix the curd with 3 egg yolks, grounded sugar and if you like rum you can add one spoon
Pour the mixture to the prebaked dough and spread the plums on the top of the cake
Bake at 170 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
