Peas with carrot and chive

Take your frozen peas out of the freezer and let it sit for five minutes. In the meantime clean your carrots and grate it into thin slices with a peeler. Take a table spoon of ghee, melt it in a pan, add peas and stir-fry. If the mixture gets too watery, raise the heat.


Toss the mixture to prevent it from burning. Once the peas are semi-soft, add carrots, salt and let it fry for two more minutes. Keep tossing the mixture. Then put the pan aside and mix in chopped chive.

Add it to your dish, may it be a fish or roasted chicken. Or serve as a main course with feta cheese or a roasted tempeh.
