Parsley Walnut Pesto

It is super easy, quick and tastes delicious! Keep it in the fridge or freeze.

Steps

Put the walnuts in the food processor and cut with a few pulses.

Add roughly chopped parsley, grated cheese, pressed garlic, and again cut everything into smaller pieces with a few pulses.

Start adding oil and blend until a homogeneous mass. It is possible that you won´t use all of the oil or will need a little more.

Add salt if necessary.
