How does online payment work

The financial sum blocked is higher than the sum in your order summary

Some goods is by nature inconsistent in weight and we can measure it precisely only right before the delivery. This is why we always block a bit higher price than the sum in your order summary. No worries. The price is adjusted instantly after delivery.

Surplus back

You will receive the surplus within 24 hours since delivery. It will be registered at your bank statement as “Received payment” or the former payment will be accordingly readjusted, depending on your bank.

Your order was not delivered completely, but you payed full price

Returning money for undelivered goods works just the same as returning surplus (as described above). The price is readjusted after delivery according to actual the content of your order. You will receive electronic receipt at your e-mail right after delivery and you can check everything there.

Payment failed

Don’t worry, we keep a record of your order even if the payment fails. Here are some tips how to proceed.

  • If registered – Check your order history. There you can find payment request so you can retry. Please, pay for your order until 11AM on the day of delivery. If you fail to do so on time your order will be invalid.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • If not registered – You will receive an automatic email reply by midnight. This message will contain payment information. Please, pay for your order until 11AM on the day of delivery. If you fail to do so on time your order will be invalid.
