Oat flakes with chocolate yoghurt and coconut
This is a perfect crossover of chocolate and banana as a morning energy punch. Great as a “breakfast to drink” that will be admired by your colleagues. Also an ideal snack for your kids.

Steps

Mix in oat flakes with yoghurt the night before, cover the cup and let it sit on your table till the morning.

In the morning cut up banana and cook for 2 minutes with a bit of water and pinch of cinnamon.

Then mix it in with yoghurt and oat flakes, add some blueberries and you’re done.
Tip
Add a tea spoon of chopped of roasted nuts of your choice
