Steps

Fry the onion in two spoons of butter until transparent

Then add chopped tomatoes and fry until the tomatoes releases juice

Add all the left vegetable into the pan a pour the cream over it

Season it with salt and indian spice

Let it boil until the cauliflower is ready and serve with basmati rice, Indian chapati and raita.
