Steps

We mix the flour with salt and grounded couconut

We slowly add the couconut drink, until the dough doesn´t have the right consistency for making chapati

It shouldn´t be watery, if so add some flour

Divide the dough into balls, that fit your palms

Roll them out and make 4-5mm thick pancake

Than fry it without oil on a high quality pan ceramic is the best) from both sides until golden

Serve with Indian sabji, raita and rice.
