Hummus with vegetables

Steps

We used 2 tablespoons of pureed sesame seeds to 1 can of chickpeas

Blend together chickpeas, sesame seeds, 3 tablespoons of olive oil and lemon juice

Add salt and garlic – according to your taste and blend again

If the mixture is too thick, add a little water from chickpeas

You can season with herbs.

Use hummus as a spread, into tortillas, sauce for nachos or a soak vegetables in it.

We recommend you to try a version with own cooked chickpeas.
