Homemade pumpkin gnocchi
Maybe you think making gnocchi dough can be a bit time consuming. Well, once you’re done with the dough, it goes fast from there. Add some butter, herbs and grated parmesan, or something sweet.

Steps
The base is a pumpkin puree. First peel your pumpkins, deseed it and boil it. Then drain, leave just a bit of water and blend
Then add soft curd cheese, the egg, salt, pepper and (gradually) kids porridge
The dough ought to be compact and slightly sticky. Let it rest in a fridge for 30 minutes
Meanwhile, fill a large pot with, add salt and bring to a boil
Shape the gnocchi with two spoons. It is recommended to dip it in cold water each time, to prevent the dough from sticking. Then throw it straight to the pot of boiling water. Carefully of course
Boil the gnocchi until they rise to the top
Drain the gnocchi and fry it in a pan on a knob of butter. Add herbs
Serve with grated parm cheese
