Herb pesto with dried tomatoes and pumpkin seeds

Steps

Chop up all the herbs. You can use blender but only blend shortly – you don’t want a paste!

Chop up the pumpkin seeds and dried tomatoes.

Mix it all together, add parmesan grated parmesan cheese, add oil and mix well.

You can store finished pesto in a fridge for a week.
