Greek salad with tuna steak
Greek salad is an absolute classic that goes hand in hand with summer. You can make it with feta cheese or try out our recipe with tuna steak.
Clean the vegetable and dice it. Add salt, pepper, oregano, olive oil and lemon juice. Mix well.
Wash and dry the tuna, spread it with olive oil and add salt and pepper.
Put the pan on a high heat. Put the tuna in the pan and roast for 1 minute on each side to keep it raw in the middle.
Put a nut-size bit of butter on each steak, cover the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Slice the steaks and serve with the salad.
