Cover your casserole with baking paper or grease it with butter

Carefully cut off the orange part of the zest, add to a pan and boil in water for 10-15 minutes. Repeat twice. It will eliminate the bitterness. Now chop finely

Take a bowl and whisk the eggs with sugar. Add orange zest, orange juice, honey, oil and grated ginger and give it a stir. 30g is just enough but you can add up to 50g to make it spicy. Add cinnamon, clove, turmeric and whisk well again

Add both flours, baking powder and mix well. Spread in your casserole and put in an oven at 180°C and bake for 25 minutes

While still warm, top with melted chocolate and ground coconut
