A traditional Spanish soup full of seasonal vegetable flavors that will make your summer warm days more pleasant.
We clean the tomatoes and the green pepper. Cut tomatoes into quarters and pepper into cubes and add them to the glass of the crusher.
Peel the cucumber and garlic and add them to the glass.
Finally, add the oil, vinegar, salt and water and grind at maximum power.
Let the soup rest in the fridge for at least one hour. Before serving, we can decorate it with pieces of used vegetables – a slice of cucumber, or cubes of pepper or a few basil leaves.
