Gazpacho

Steps

We clean the tomatoes and the green pepper. Cut tomatoes into quarters and pepper into cubes and add them to the glass of the crusher.

Peel the cucumber and garlic and add them to the glass.

Finally, add the oil, vinegar, salt and water and grind at maximum power.

Let the soup rest in the fridge for at least one hour. Before serving, we can decorate it with pieces of used vegetables – a slice of cucumber, or cubes of pepper or a few basil leaves.

Serve with toasted bread or baguette drizzled with a few drops of olive oil.
