Fig dumplings with white chocolate and cofee sauce

Steps

Mix the butter with the egg, add pinch of salt, curd and flour

You should get a dough

It shouldn´t stick and tear

If it stick add a little bit of flour or milk if it doesn´t stick at all

Put the finished dough in to the fridge.

To make the filling you need to cut the fig into quaters and cut the squares of chocolate into halves

If you make plum filling fill the plum with the chocolate instead of the stone

Put some flour on the desk and roll out the dough and cut it into 7x7cm squares

Fill all of them with a piece of fig and chocolate

Then wrap them and roll them into balls with your hands

Add them to boiling water with salt

After they float on the top of the water they are done.

For the coffe sauce mix the yolks with sugar, milk and cofee and warm it up

Strain the sauce and it is done.

Finally just fry the breadcrumbs on a pan until golden, and cover the dumblings in it.

Serve with the sauce.
