Steps

Fry chopped onion and fennel in butter until they soften

Then add peeled and chopped potatoes, add the vegetable broth cube and pour it with 500ml of water

Add extruded garlic, chopped almonds and pour in 250ml of milk or cream

Season it with salt and pepper

Boil for 15 minutes, until the mixture thicken a bit

Serve with boild wholemeal pasta

You can grate some cheese on the top
