Cucumber salmon rolls
Steps
First of all, marinate the salmon
Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, finely chopped dill and salt with a fork
Remove the skin from the salmon and cut it in thinner slices, about 2-3 mm stromg
Mix with marinade and leave in the fridge for an hour.
Mush avocado with a fork, stir with cream cheese thoroughly
You can add a little salt and lemon juice.
Cut the cucumbers into thin slices with a potato scraper.
Spread a layer of avocado cheese on the cucumber slice, put on slice of salmon and roll
To hold the rolls for 100%, pierce them with the skewers.
Tip:
There are many seeds in the middle of the cucumber and slices of this part might tear and thus not hold the rolls well
Use these in salad or lemonade.
