Crunchy granola with coconut and cocoa
Make your own crunchy granola with coconut and cocoa. Store it in a jar and it will last for weeks. Check out My Simple Dish for more easy and delightful recipes.
Steps

Soak your oats with eight spoons of water in a large bowl

Add grated coconut, cocoa, coconut flour and add syrup with coconut oil

Mix well and shape the mixture into a ball

Preheat your oven at 170°C. Cover your baking tray with baking paper, tear the dough ball into small bite-sized pieces and spread them so none of those pieces are stuck. Use two trays if needed

Bake for 20 minutes. Check each 5 minutes to make sure everything is going well

When the granola is done, take it out of the oven, let it cool down and then store in closeable jar

Best served with curd, yoghurt or milk

Add crushed hazelnuts
