Crunchy coconut crisps

Open up a coconut, take a spoon and scoop out the coconut meat. Take a peeler and peel the brown residual nut until you get only clean white pieces of coconut. Use the peeler to slice the coconut thin also


Add chili powder, salt and mix well


Spread the raw crisps all around a baking tray and put in an oven at 60°C. Check regularly. The crisps are done when crunchy. The time of baking depends on the thickness of slices and moisture of coconut

You can use spice mixes or marinade, any type you like. Finished crisps can be stored in a jar
