Couscous mini-cookies with organic blueberry jam

Steps
Prepare your couscous with a hot water according to instructions on the box and let it sit
In the meantime, grind your almonds and mix with coconut flour and warm your coconut oil, so it turns liquid
Now add the couscous and linen seed and mix well
Add coconut oil, maple syrup and create a dough
Use wet hands to shape mini cookies and lay it on a baking paper
Make a little dent in the middle of every cookie and fill it with organic blueberry jam
Put in an oven at 180°C for 15 minutes
