Buckwheat gingerbread

Not-baked pear and apple gluten-free gingerbread. Great autumn snack and breakfast from My Simple Dish.

Steps

Wash your buckwheat and boil in water/milk mixture

Boil for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and cover with a lid. Now wait for 5 more minutes

Grate your apples and pears, add cocoa and gingerbread spice mix

Now that your buckwheat is finished, blend it and add to your apples and pears

Add maple syrup and mix everything well until homogenous

Take a casserole and put baking paper on the bottom and sides. Pour in the mixture. The mixture will get thicker as it will get colder. Sprinkle the top with chopped almonds

Put in a fridge, let it rest overnight and serve the next morning
