Wild garlic pesto sauce

This brilliant pesto fits both pasta and risotto or it can help you make cream soups special. The amount of ingredients it’s up to you, as you like it. Pesto can be denser or may have a deeper taste of wild garlic. Go on and give it a try.

Steps

Put the almonds to the blender and grind them roughly.

Add the garlic, grated cheese and grind again.

Add oil slowly and mix until you get a homogeneous mass. You may will not use all of the oil or you will need a little more.

Finally, add lemon juice, pinch of pepper and salt if needed.

If you put the pesto in a jar that and pour some oil over it, you can store pesto in fridge for about a week.
