Basil couscous with peas

Steps

Pour boiling water over the couscous, cover it and leave it to swell

Fry the onion on butter until it’s golden and add your chopped tomatoes, peas and curry

Fry for half a minute and add chard (or spinach) and wait until all the water boils out

Then pour in the soy cream, add salt and honey

Finally add chopped basil and let it boil

The cook time from frying the onion until you add the basil shouldn´t be longer than five minutes, 10 minutes with the prep

At the end just mix the sauce with the couscous and serve.
