Baked red lentils with onion

It is very tasty and at the smae time super easy and super quick to make.

Steps

Chop the onion into rings, and fry it in olive oil

When it is starts to golden we add 2 spoons of grounded paprika and a pinch of salt

We cook the red lentils ( it is faster than ordinary lentils), we don´t poure out the water

We fill a baking pan with layers of lentils with layers of onion

Pour the layers with 2dl of the lentil stock and bake it at 190 degrees

Best served with polenta, rice or bread.
