Fry onion in butter till transparent and add flour
Pour the broth in and bring to a boil
Cut 2-3 cm woody ends of asparagus and peel it
Add it to the broth and boil for 6 minutes
Add cream and puree it
Serve with choped chives.
In case you skip the flour, use less broth.
Don´t worry to use soy or wheat cream or to skip it too.
