Steps

Preheat the oven to 200 °C

Cut sheeted pastry into about 3 cm wide strips

Sprinkle them with sugar, plenty of cinnamon and a touch of nutmeg

Half the apples, cut out the cores and cut them into thin slices

Place the aplles on the dough slices, so they´re peeping out, fold other half of the dough and roll

If apples are breaking, they are cut too coarsely

Place the “rolls” into a muffin sheet

You can grease the sheet with butter before

Bake for about 20 minutes.
