Nile perch is very tasty and low on fat. Its fillet is a skinless and boneless piece of meat. Being subtle in flavour perch is a match to mild seasoning. Perch fillet can be cooked many ways – may it be frying, roasting, grilling or steamed.
Nile perch is a fresh water predatory fish and can grow to length of 2m and weight of 200Kg.
