Halibut is a white-fleshed fish and its meat is rich in fat – a great source of omega-3 fatty acids. It is one of the tastiest and on of most nutritious sea fish. Halibut lives by the sea bed of North Pacific at temperatures from 3°C to 8°C.
Fried, grilled, roasted – you will love this fish prepared many ways. Halibut can also be consumed raw as a sushi or a tartare.
