Ingredients:
- 1 larger avocado
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1 red pepper (capsicorn)
- 1 chilli pepper
- 1 red onion
- 1 teaspoon of red vinegar
- spices (amounts are individual :-): sweet pepper, hot pepper, chilli, thai curry
How?
Slice avocado, depit it and peel the fruit. Mash it in a bowl using fork. Add finely cut onion and stir properly. Add in steps: cut red pepper, chilli pepper, cherry tomatoes, stir again. Add a teaspoon of vinager, season with spices and stir for the last time. Serve with a french baguqette or a wholegrain breadroll.
