Mr. Horský about himself: I own the ecological farm for years! I work there with my wife and together we think about what to grow. We love to experiment and try planting less-known kinds of fruit and vegetable. But we specialize on fresh herbs - we have a full garden of thyme, rosemary, coriander and much more! Except ecofarming I work in my company which builts roof gardens. So I have two hobbies that are also my job - I never get bored!
Mr.Horský about Freshbedynky: I'm really glad I cooperate with Freshbedynky. I used to supply supermarkets with our herbs but they pushed my prices so low...and they was interested only in few kinds of herbs. We were slowly reducing our offer and when we decided to end with organic herb producing we met Filip and Veronika. Since then we only increase our offer!
Freshbedynky about Mr.Horský: Vladimír Horský is a legend for us - he's over sixty, looks as fifty year-old and wise as hundred year-old. He always surprises us with something he grew in his field. He was like a gift from heaven for us - we needed fresh organic herbs and he had a lot of them! Now he grows only for us :o)
It's a pleasure to communicate with him and he's also reliable. For example his yellow plums are amazing! Every year we secretly hope he will bring them again :o)
