What does "a box" mean?
Our boxes combine savoury organic delis (fruits, veggies, meat, dairy...). You can choose contents of your box yourself or let us select for you. For the latter, you can order a fruitbox, veggiebox or combobox (which are compiled based on seasons. The base keep the same (apples, potatoes, carrot) and the rest is different week by week.
Do I have to order a complete box?
No! You can buy a piece of vegetables, cup of milk and a steak. Anything you want, as individual items, or just the vegetables, no need for a box. Your order just has to be avove the minimum value (for personal pickup it's CZK350, for delivery it's CZK500).
Can I choose the contents of my box myself?
Yes, you can! Put the items you want in your shopping cart and that's it. You create your box the same as when you shop in a supermarket. You will know exactly what you will get and see the individual prices of all ingredients.For our combined boxes, you can choose up to five ingredients that you don't want to get.
How can I find out exact contents of a freshbox?
So far we can't tell you what is in you box. We all love surprises, don't we? :o)
Can I enter my preferences about contents of my freshbox?
Yes, we will be happy to leave out ingredients that you don't like. If it is more that 5, please consider creating your own box by selecting individual items in our eshop.
Do I have to order regularly?
Not at all. Order just when you need it. Ordering regularly yields you a discount (at least once per two weeks, 10% off - more in category Payment and discounts)
Can I cancel an already ordered box?
Yes. We will gladly cancel the box if something changed and you can't receive the box. Please let us know as soon as possible. If you are cancelling on the delivery day, the cancellation fee equals to 100% of your meat products. For fruits and veggies there's no cancellation fee. We recommend first to think about optional delivery methods - different day, different address delivered by messenger, etc.
Why do you send an email newsletter every week?
We are happy to communicate with you. We always select the top news in our store, at our farmers and in our seasonal produce. As a bonus you always find a practical & gourmet recipe in the newsletter.
What is the "order confirmation email"?
After successfully placing an order, you will receive an email with goods summary, delivery date and delivery means. This email is not an invoice, so please don't use it to pay for your box in advance. Also in the email we don't list all discounts.
What is the "box deposit"?
Our empty boxes are firm, made of recycled paper and for multiple use. That's why we deposit them. The bottoms are exchangeable which allows us to stay ecological even in packing. After you unpack the contents of your box at home, keep the box and return it to us with your next delivery. We will give a full one to you and take the empty back...
What if I forget about my box order?
You won't :o). On the delivery day we will send you a short SMS with info where and how will you receive your box. If you ordered a home delivery, we will write you also the delivery time range. You can always find the delivery date in your order confirmation email that you received after the order.
I'm not from Prague. Can you send me the box by mail?
Yes, we send our boxes by PPL, minimimum order is CZK3000.
