Some of my box contents' were damaged or lower quality.
We are creating freshboxes in the same way as we are selecting goods for ourselves. That's why we carefully check and examine the goods. Though, we are just humans and sometimes we might pass a damaged piece of fruits into a box. We are truly sorry for this and ask you to let us know as soon as possible. We will either return you money for the goods or compensate you for that in your next box. If is is an inherent problem of a fruit or vegetable (like mould from inside, etc), we will get in touch with the farmer who grew it and draw his attention to that. It is for us very important that you tell us always about such defect - only then can we and our farmers get better :o).
How comes I haven't received a specific piece fruit, vegetable or something else that I ordered?
Our aim is to provide you with everything that you ordered. In the Czech high season, we usually cover it 100%. Anyway, in winter when the supply chain is longer and some of the goods is importen from Italy, we can't influence availability of goods that much. So it can happen that one or two fruit or vegetable varieties in your order are not available - e.g. cauliflower. When this happen, we will call you ahead and arrange if you want something else instead. We don't want to harm your organic cooking plans :-).
In the box there is something missing but it appears in the invoice.
If the contents of your box don't agree with your invoice - we made a mistake and are terribly sorry for that. Please let us know as soon as possible. Of course we will either return you money or compensate for the missing goods in your next box.
