How will I make a repeated order?
We are pleased that you want to get our freshbox regularly :o). In the eshop, while confirming order, just below your shipping address, check the field "regularly" with the selected frequency (once a week or once per two weeks). The contents of your box and the delivery method will remain fixed, you don't have to worry about anything. If you want to change anything one-off, you can send us an email and we will be happy to make the change for you. If you want to make changes regularly, you can do that via a link that you will get every week in a regular order confirmation email.

I don't know the produce I received in my box. What can I do?

Where will I find recipes to get inspired?
So far you will find them in our weekly newsletter. Soon we are preparing a great recipe surprise! Before you get desperate how to cook a veggie or eat a fruit, give us a call and we will love to help you! Veronica cooks every day gourmet organic lunches for our team and she's very good at sharing her culinary knowledge :o)
How can I give a freshbox as a present?
We will love to delight your family and your friends! Just buy in our store a voucher for CZK500 or CZK1000 which the presentee can use. If you have any individual wishes, contact us and we will arrange something for you.
I have collected quite a few empty boxes. How can I get rid of them?
Just place an order with our own delivery (according to your Prague). Our driver will take them over from you and subtract the deposit amount from your invoice. We don't pick up empty boxes without a new order. If you want to return them, you can do so in your nearest pick-up point.
