How and when should I order?
There two ways of ordering. Either "a week ahead" or "last minute". If you are ordering a week ahead, you are eligible for regular discount (more in Payment and discounts), get lower prices and higher probability of covering your order (99%). The deadline for the "week ahead" orders is on Wednesday midnight for the next week. If you are ordering in the last minute offer, there is no regular discount and a small chance that some ordered items might be not available. Though you don't have to plan a week ahead and shop until 9.30am of the delivery day. For meat, seafood and some dairy products it's necessary to place an order week ahead. In the last minute offer you might find meat too, but the amount and range is very limited. Somebody can purchase the last piece just before you. So our customers usually order meat and seafood a week ahead and then fruits and vegetables in the last minute according to their actual needs.
I missed the Wednesday deadline, what can I do?
You can place a last minute order. We recommend to do that on Sunday evening - that's when we update stock and seasonal items online.

What is the "Last minute" offer?
Last minute is NOT an expired and putrefied goods. It is beautiful fresh fruits, veggies, dairy products, meat and fish that we ordered extra from our farmers, fishers and other vendors. We ordered it for those of you who don't like to plan shopping a week ahead. The prices of Last minute goods are higher as we bear the risk of not selling it. Also sometimes it happens that specific items ordered by you are unavailable - sold out completely or booked for the "week ahead" orders. This happens rarely and in such case we always have something to offer to you instead. :o)
What is a "special offer"?
Our special offer means "on sale" category that might appear on our website between Wednesday and Friday. It is fruits and veggies that we want to sell before the weekend as we get fresh ones next week. We can't eat it all ourselves, so we are happy to share it with you for discounted prices. There are few rules of our special offer: firstly, the goods is never damaged, secondly, there is no regular discount, it's already discounted, and thirdly - you can order from the special offer for the current week only.
I haven't received the "order confirmation email".
Probably you have filled out an incorrect email address, e.g. with comma instead of a point, etc. Other option is that the order was not successfully sent to our system. Please let us know and we will make sure that we have your order and that everything is allright.
Eshop hasn't offered to me the date when I want the box to be delivered
If you want delivery already this week, make sure all the goods is from the "Last minute" offer. If you still can't set the delivery date as you wish, we recommend that you place the order anyway and give us immediately a call or send us a message so that we make sure you get what you expect at the time when you expect it :o).
Where should I write what I want don't want to get in my box?
At the order confirmation form there is a field "Preferred / Unwanted items". There you can write your preferences. If you put up to 5 unwanted items, we will always leave them out. If you have more than 5 unwanted items, we recommend you to choose your box contents individually by putting them in your shopping cart specifically. For the preferred items, we can't guarantee that we will put them in your box but at least we will know how to make you happy when possible. :o)
