Why don't you offer the sheep and goat products year-round?
Goats and sheep respect their calendar :o). They get milk only from spring till autumn.
Is your milk pasteurized?
We have two kinds of milk. One is produced by Olma, second by organic farm Filoun. Both of them are pasteurized. The Filoun one is not homogenised which means that you will always find cream on top of the milk. :o). Some people don't like the natural taste of milk, though - that's why we offer also the homogenized Olma milk.
Why I sometimes don't get the dairy product that I ordered?
We try hard to deliver all that you ordered. Though sometimes our farmers for multiple reasons bring much less goods than we ordered with them. Then we don't have such a product for everyone. In such a case we always let you know and offer an alternate option - either from a different farm or a similar product.
What shelf life do the dairy products have?
Dairy products from organic farms are always fresh, without any chemical conservants. That's why it has shorter shelf-life that those regular products seen in hypermarkets. We guarantee at least 4 days shelf life after delivery, usually it's more.
